We offer two shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
Processing time is typically 1-2 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom-cut fabrics and personalized items cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at info@terembesmart.com with your order number, and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us immediately at info@terembesmart.com. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes after 2 hours, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and follow our return process.
Yes! We offer volume discounts for large fabric orders and bulk purchases. Discounts typically apply to orders over certain yard quantities or dollar amounts. Contact us at info@terembesmart.com with your specific requirements, and we'll provide you with a custom quote. We also have a newsletter where we announce sales, promotions, and exclusive discounts for subscribers.
All orders will be shipped from Phoenix, Arizona after all verification and quality checks. It might take upto 72 hours.
